Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Water Weights Club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Water Weights Club is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please take photos within 48-hours and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If any issues are not resolved by the shipping company, please contact us at Care@WaterWeights.club and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
Product Guarantee & Fair Use: The manufacturer guarantees these dumbbells to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal personal use and conditions, for a period of six (6) months from the original invoice date. The dumbbells are meant for pool use ONLY. Use under different conditions will null & void the guarantee. Water Weights Club will pay for shipping & handling return fees in the event of defectiveness.
If Seeking a Return: Customers have up to 30 days with a receipt & a short message to why they are returning the product. (Unvalid reasons for the return may be subject to disqualification, at the management’s discretion.) Shipping & handling return fees are to be paid for by the customer, under these circumstances.
If the product is faulty or damaged upon receiving, we ask that a photo is provided by the customer within 48-hours and sent to Care@WaterWeights.club.
Conditions of Returns: For returns and exchanges, customers are required to send back all original pieces (6 – Resistance Disks, 4 – Branded Screws, & 2 – Handles with Grips) in a 5-ply box to the distribution center it was sent from. The condition of the dumbbells should match that of the picture that was provided as well as the short description of the issue.
Who pays for return shipping: For returns of defect dumbbells only, Water Weights Club will cover the costs associated with return shipping. Customers will bear the costs of shipping & handling return fees, if they no longer want the product &/or a non-valid reason is presented.
Expected turnaround time for issuing refunds: For customers seeking a full refund for their purchase, the credit card used to make the purchase will be refunded within 60 days upon receiving the unwanted dumbbells. Shipping and handling return fees are to be paid for by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Types of refunds given: At Water Weights Club we are more than happy to exchange your dumbbells, rather than refund, free of charge, including shipping if the item can be proven defective and the other listed requirements are met. If a full refund is required, the original payment method will be reimbursed within 60-days.
